The Course Overview

This training is designed in accordance with the 200-hour requirements for registration with Yoga Alliance. At the end of the course, you will be a certified yoga instructor, eligible to register with Yoga Alliance and qualified to teach worldwide.

You will get the chance to teach two full hours classes with full sequence to real drop in students under Bharath M Iyengar’s supervision and moral support because Yoga with The Happy Yoga Community feels it is very important for you to teach three or five full classes to learn to teach and have real-life experience of teaching full two hours yoga classes with proper sequence given by them with video for help of students to understand, remember, and practice later.

During an ashtanga class you will be led nonstop through one or more of the ashtanga series.
In Yin Yoga, the students are invited to stay in the pose for a long period of time to stretch the connective tissue. This form of practice is very meditative and is a great way to compliment any other form of yoga.
The main philosophy of yoga is simple: mind, body and spirit are all one and cannot be clearly separated.
On subtle levels prana represents the pranic energy responsible for life or life force, and ayama is control. Best known as the formal practice of controlling the breath, which is the source of our prana, or vital life force, pranayama exercises are especially designed to control the rhythms of pranic energy and achieve healthy body and mind.
In Sanskrit bandha means to lock, to hold, or to tighten. It also refers to a lock in and of itself. The bandhas help you regulate and control all your internal systems; hormonal, sexual, metabolic, digestive, and more.
There are many things in life that are beyond our control. However, it is possible to take responsibility for our own states of mind and change them for the better. Meditation is a means of transforming the mind.
We will cover all the aspects of the body language as well as the adequate use of the voice, to create a motivating positive atmosphere as well as to build the trust and respect of the students.
