I am really satisfied and happy dat i joined happy yoga communtiy under bharat sir

Its going to be an year now, infact i discontunued my practice due to some reasons but then i joined back as i was feeling very lathergic

You can see urself transforming into a patient flexible healthy strong person with continuous practice

Here they not only teach u to meditate and breathe but also our stamina core strength increases so its a great mixture of mind and body

After practicing pranayama omkara my head face throat evrytng feel so fresh and relaxing as if i have no worries i feel elevated thanks to sir🙏

It helped me to concentrate on my work more and gave me the stamina which was lost at young age and also the motivation we can do better everyday each day s a new learning.
