I joined the online Meditation class on October 7th, 2020 through invite of Bharathji. It became a regular habit of Meditating every day . I feel relaxed during the practice of Meditation and regular practice and increase in the timings of Meditation will definitely help give peace of mind. Currently we are practicing 30 minutes daily. On the days , I am unable to attend class , I practice without fail. Meditation has begun to help me but a very long way to go. I’m sure , with Bharathji’s guidance , we will practice a longer period of time and gain more confidence, peace and mental health. I request you all to join the class and enjoy your time.
