I joined the online Meditation class on October 7th, 2020 through invite of Bharathji. It became a regular habit of Meditating every day . I feel relaxed during the practice of Meditation and regular practice and increase in the timings of Meditation will definitely help give peace of mind. Currently we are practicing 30 minutes daily. On the days , I am unable to attend class , I practice without fail. Meditation has begun to help me but a very long way to go. I’m sure , with Bharathji’s guidance , we will practice a longer period of time and gain more confidence, peace and mental health. I request you all to join the class and enjoy your time.

He explained how easy we can achieve 108 namaskar and every posture correction was done in detail..I saw lot of difference in my stability, flexibility , undisturbed sleep and lot more benifits…

Its going to be an year now, infact i discontunued my practice due to some reasons but then i joined back as i was feeling very lathergic
You can see urself transforming into a patient flexible healthy strong person with continuous practice
Here they not only teach u to meditate and breathe but also our stamina core strength increases so its a great mixture of mind and body
After practicing pranayama omkara my head face throat evrytng feel so fresh and relaxing as if i have no worries i feel elevated thanks to sir🙏
It helped me to concentrate on my work more and gave me the stamina which was lost at young age and also the motivation we can do better everyday each day s a new learning.

Today, I learned a lot in Bharath Sir Yoga session that Yoga is not just about how many asanas and pranayamas you do. It is about how much better you do each asana and pranayama every time and
And I realized that deep breathing and exhaling is much more relaxing than many other meditation techniques.

I liked the teaching methods of Bharath Sir, it is really helpful for a beginner to learn the Asana alignment properly. Nice explanation of every asana and pranayama is greatly beneficial to practice yoga in a right way.
